When the collaboration began, the company’s marketing was managed internally by SMM specialists who primarily relied on the Boost Post feature. Challenge

Implementation
For more than four years, GrowUp Agency acted as the company’s external marketing department. During this period, we built a complete digital marketing infrastructure: * developed the overall marketing strategy; * created a unified Meta Ads account; * launched advertising campaigns for all three fitness clubs and multiple service lines; * implemented remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation; * continuously tested offers, creatives, and audience segments; * established a performance analytics system to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs. Over time, our role expanded far beyond advertising management. We analyzed the entire customer acquisition funnel, including lead quality, conversion rates at every stage, response speed, and the impact of the sales team on overall business performance. This enabled the company to make marketing decisions based on data rather than assumptions.
Results
* More than 4 years of continuous marketing partnership with a premium fitness club network. * An average CPL (Cost per Lead) of $5.32 was maintained while the average value of a personal membership contract was approximately €2,000, ensuring strong marketing efficiency and a healthy acquisition model. * Conversion from initial conversation to a qualified lead (phone number collected) reached 69%, demonstrating high-quality lead generation and highly relevant audience targeting. * During the first week of one campaign, the company generated 72 qualified leads, resulting in 5 membership sales. * One campaign achieved a Cost per Conversation of only $1.24, reaching more than 17,000 people with a 3.22% CTR, significantly outperforming typical benchmarks for the local market.
